The Walker Filtration PROSFD PD008N is a high-efficiency heatless desiccant air dryer designed for smaller point-of-use applications. With a flow rate of 8 scfm (14 Nm³/hr), the PD008N ensures reliable delivery of clean, dry compressed air to meet ISO 8573-1:2010 standards.
Engineered for performance, the PD008N provides a -40°F (-40°C) pressure dewpoint as standard, with an option for -94°F (-70°C) to meet the most critical applications. Each unit comes equipped with a 0.01 micron XA grade pre-filter and an integrated 1 micron dust filter, safeguarding against particulates, oil aerosols, and moisture.
The LED controller with built-in energy management reduces purge flow during low demand, lowering energy costs. Designed for worldwide use, the dryer features a universal multi-voltage power supply (100–240 VAC / 12–24 VDC), quiet operation (<85 dBA), and simple cartridge replacement for faster servicing and reduced downtime.
