PNEUMATICPLUS STANDARD WARRANTY

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of PneumaticPlus. This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, manufactured by PneumaticPlus (the "Physical Goods") and purchased from PneumaticPlus or an authorized third party seller. Physical Goods purchased through unauthorized resellers are not covered under the PneumaticPlus Standard Warranty. All other products not manufactured by PneumaticPlus are covered by their respective manufacturer’s warranty policy.

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, PneumaticPlus will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

PneumaticPlus will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or provide a replacement. If the Physical Goods provided during the warranty period stipulate a need for product or parts replacement, then the customer agree that the original products and parts being replaced will belong to PneumaticPlus, and the replacement parts will belong to the customer. This premise applies solely to PneumaticPlus products and parts deemed eligible for replacement. PneumaticPlus does not guarantee that the replacement product or part provided will be new, but PneumaticPlus guarantees that it will be able to function properly or equal to the standard of an original counterpart.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from PneumaticPlus is One (1) Year from the date of purchase. A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

  • Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
  • Defects due to misuse, abuse, accident, modification, or improper use of the physical or operating environment; acts of God or force majeure such as natural disasters, environmental distress, or lightning; improper maintenance or failure to use the information content in accordance with the product that result in damages.
  • Damages caused by non-authorized service providers.
  • Malfunctions or damages arising from improper usage, opening the product, modification, or installation.
  • Any modification or installation of non-factory-authorized hardware that result in functional instability or hardware inefficiencies.

What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, the customer must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. The customer must be able to furnish proof of purchase (i.e., an invoice) from the seller in order to receive warranty services.
