The Walker Filtration PROSFD PD006N is a compact heatless desiccant air dryer designed to deliver clean, dry compressed air at 6 scfm (10 Nm³/hr). Built to ISO 8573-1:2010 standards, this unit achieves a -40°F (-40°C) dewpoint as standard, with the option to reach -94°F (-70°C) for critical applications.
Every PD006N dryer is supplied with a 0.01 micron XA grade coalescing pre-filter and an integrated 1 micron dust filter inside the desiccant cartridge, ensuring superior air purity. Its LED controller with built-in energy management reduces purge air consumption during low demand, improving overall efficiency.
Engineered for smaller point-of-use applications, the PROSFD PD006N features quiet operation (<85 dBA), a universal multi-voltage power supply (100–240 VAC / 12–24 VDC), and simple cartridge replacement for low-cost, low-downtime servicing.
