When I unscrewed the drain, the pressure in the line was about 120 psi and blew the plastic valve out so hard it exploded when it hit the concrete floor. This new drain was the perfect replacement. Thanks for offering this part instead of having to buy a new complete regulator.

Had used the auto (SAF400-N04BD) should have used the (SAF400-N04B) that is why i had to order the SMD400 all working great.
